Tourism Youth Summer Camp

The Tourism Youth Summer Camp (TYSC) 2026 is a flagship youth development initiative organized by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) to inspire and prepare the next generation of Emirati talent for careers within the tourism, hospitality, culture, and events sectors.
The programme provides UAE National students aged 17–21 with a unique opportunity to gain practical industry exposure, develop professional and leadership skills, and explore career pathways through a combination of workshops, hands-on learning, site visits, and real-world industry experiences.
